Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps Nepal invites tender for as following services & goods supply for Dhangadhi Office, Kailali. This tender is called for establishing Long Term Agreement (Master Agreement) for 24 Months Therefore, eligible bidders are invited to submit their document. The project is located at Sudurpaschim Province.

If you are interested in submitting a bid/Proposal, you will need to complete an Intent to Bid Form with Supplier Information Form (SIF) and submit it according to the guidelines below.

1. The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid Form and Supplier Information Form on this link https://nepal.mercycorps.org/procurement/
2. Intend to Bid Form and Supplier Information Form can be picked up at Mercy Corps office, Hasanpur-5-Dhangadhi, Kailali. Phone No.: +977-091-412223/24

Completed Intent to Bid Forms and Supplier Information Form must be submitted to Mercy Corps by 8 October 2024, 5:00PM in one of the below methods.

1. Email completed Intent to Bid Form and Supplier Information Form to np-tenders@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line.
2. Return completed Intent to Bid Form and Supplier information form in person and put in the Tender Box placed at Mercy Corps office, Hasanpur-5-Dhangadhi, Kailali. Phone No.+977-091-412223/24. The Tender Reference number should be written in the envelope.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid / Proposal will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms and Supplier Information Form. The Request for Bid / Request for Proposal will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
